Privacy Policy Hotelgate.net only colects the information that you sent at the Join Newsleter page. All other information is sent directly to Booking.com. Booking.com request the necessary information when making your reservation, is requested in order to offer you a professional service. The costumer information is put at the Bookings system and is only shared with the hotel you are booking in to. Your contact data is used to make the hotel reservation. This data will be passed on to the hotel in order to identify you upon arrival and to contact you in case of changes in the reservation. We would again like to stress that Hotelgate.net has no access to the information that you send when booking an hotel.  Credit Card information
Hotelgate.net have not access to credit card information presented during Hotel Bookings. Only Booking.com will have access to your credit card information, that is required to guarantee your booking. In most of situations You will pay your stay at the hotel. Some exceptions are indicated at the Booking moment Your credit card information is sent to Booking.com through a secure server. Bookings use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. Our SSL certificate has been issued by Thawte . Bookings server and network are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access. This means Bookings can guarantee that it is totally safe to send your credit card details. Your credit card details will be kept at the Bookings system until your arrival date at the hotel. After this date the details will be destroyed.  Control over your data
You always have the right to review the personal data you have stored with Bookings during a Booking. You can request your personal data by emailing Bookings at privacy@bookings.net . Please state ‘request personal data' in the subject line of your email. If your personal data is incorrect, Bookings will change it upon your request. You can also ask Bookings to remove your personal data from database by sending us an email to the same email address. Hotelgate.net only maintains the informations sent at the Joining Newsleter page. When we send an email it exist a buton to ask to stop recieve emails  When does Hotelgate.net send emails?
Hotelgate.net will only send promotional emails that will not be sent more then 2 times per mounth.
Booking.com will sent you a confirmation message after you have made a booking. It will be sent from their system with all the information about your booking. You may take this confirmation to the hotel as guarantee of the reservation. Sometimes Booking.com will send feedback emails after your stay at the hotel. If you do not wish to give us your opinion, you can let them know and they will not request any further feedback.
Booking.com may also sugest you to sign their newsletter. You can also choose to stop receiving the newsletter at any time.
